Refunds and Payment Disputes
How FlexQueries handles unused balances, refunds, and payment disputes.
Last updated: August 3, 2026
FlexQueries is a pay-as-you-go service operated by CYBRCOAST LLC. There is no subscription to cancel. This policy explains what happens when you request a refund or dispute a payment. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
Refunds for unused purchased balance
You may ask us to refund unused balance that you purchased. Email support@flexqueries.com from the address on your FlexQueries account and include the payment date and amount. Do not send a full card number or other sensitive payment information.
Approved refunds reverse the corresponding unused balance. We cannot refund more than the unused amount remaining from the applicable purchase.
Amounts that have already been used
Balance consumed by completed third-party data or AI requests is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund or we confirm a billing error. Promotional balance has no cash value and is not refundable.
If balance is reserved for work in progress, we may wait for that work to finish or fail before deciding the refundable amount.
Processing a refund
We review requests against the account ledger and the original payment. If we approve a refund, we submit it to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer controls when the refund appears on your statement.
Payment disputes
Contact support@flexqueries.com first if you do not recognize a charge or believe a payment is wrong. We can investigate the account and payment record.
If you open a payment dispute, we may pause paid actions and automatic reload while the dispute is reviewed. Existing reports and account data remain available unless access must be restricted for fraud, security, or legal reasons.
If the dispute is resolved in our favor, we release the billing hold. If it is resolved against us, we reverse the balance associated with the disputed payment. Paid actions may remain paused if that balance has already been used and the account requires review.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
