- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. The free trial includes $1.00 so you can test FlexQueries before adding funds.
- What happens when my balance reaches zero?
- Paid actions stop before creating an unexpected charge. Add at least $5 through Stripe whenever you are ready to continue.
- Can I reload automatically?
- Yes. Automatic reload is optional. In Billing, choose a balance threshold and reload amount, then confirm the saved payment method with Stripe. You can turn it off at any time.
- What reduces my balance?
- Your balance is reduced by features that query DataForSEO, run the OpenAI agent, or perform a site crawl. Each settled cost gets a 35% markup and is rounded up to the nearest $0.001 credit. Your projects, settings, Search Console data and cached data do not reduce it.
- Does my balance expire?
- No. Funds you add remain available until you use them.
- Is there a subscription to cancel?
- No. FlexQueries is fully pay as you go. There is no recurring plan or automatic monthly charge.
- How is each action priced?
- We take the direct DataForSEO, OpenAI, or metered site-crawl cost for the action, add 35%, and round up to the nearest $0.001. Free actions such as reading connected Search Console data do not reduce your balance.
